As you know, choosing the right D.J. or entertainment for your event is crucial to the success of your event or party. That’s why at Shining Star Productions, we take special care and pride to deliver the finest D.J.’s or entertainment anywhere to be found. Remember we are the innovators not the imitators of live entertainment. So you can sit back, relax and enjoy your party.
From A to Z we will take care of your event starting with our party planner in which you can get ideas of what type of music, party games, special dances or any special musical requests you might want played at your event. Our D.J.’s carry around 10,000 songs to all of our events to cover any requests your guests might have and don’t forget it’s all MUSIC VIDEO!!!!!! Why music video? First off, not only do you get to hear the music but see it too and by having these video screens we can put together a slide show to music which is very popular these days. Huge screens with Congratulations Jim and Debbie or Happy Birthday Melissa, make your event more personalized and you get all of this at the same fee you would probably pay another D.J. who just plays c.d.’s. Our D.J.’s are masters at motivating and reading crowds to always know the right selection to play and to keep your dance floor packed and the party moving all night long. On this page you will see various photos of recent shows, our D.J. setup, lighting and video screens so you can see exactly what you are getting before you hire us.

As you can see from the photos above, we use true professional equipment like Pioneer DVJ-X1 DVD turntables, Martin intelligent lighting, Stinger lasers, and the finest speakers from Electro-Voice to give you the complete audio/visual experience. Combine that with the skill, experience and knowledge of our D.J.’s and you have the party you’ve been hoping for.


We have 4 basic packages to suite your needs and/or budget and they are as follows:
Package 1
Our low budget pack comes with a party planner, a D.J., and a small sound system. It is for 3 hours for $300. Sorry, no music videos or lighting in this package.
Package 2 includes:
A party planner, a D.J., music videos, and some dance lighting. It is for 4 hours for $450.
Package 3 includes:
A party planner, a D.J., music videos, and our top of the line, state of the art sound and lighting system. It is for 4 hours for $600.

Package 4 includes:
A party planner, a live band, a D.J. to play in between the band’s breaks, multiple video screens, state of the art sound and lighting system for 5 hours at $1500.

If you need additional time, our fee, no matter what package you purchase, is $100 per hour which makes packages 3 and 4 an exceptional deal especially when buying more time.
Need a vocalist or organist to perform at your wedding? Or even someone to sing at your reception?? We have those on staff to take care of you for one flat rate of $100 to add to any package. How about a photographer? We also have them on staff as well. Prices vary for photography, depending on what you are looking for. How about a slide show presentation as mentioned above? For that you have two choices, Choice A: you can make it yourself and mail it to us in the appropriate format and it costs you NOTHING!!!!!! Or Choice B: you can send us the photos, and we will put together a slide show for you with music for $35.
How about decorations or
helium balloons?
We can supply you
with all that too. So virtually what you have in a nut shell, is one stop
shopping to take care of your needs from entertainment to decorations to make
your party easier to enjoy.
